We firmly believe that the best way to manage your life is to set yourself achievable goals along the way. At Scandinavian Fitness we make sure to find out what these are at our first consultation. We use these to develop a customised training programme and nutritional plan for our clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame. We take great pride in offering you the best possible services and endless ways to exercise, so we guarantee you will find something that interests you with our programs.

ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMMES

If you don't feel you have the time to personal train with us in person we also provide clients with online training programmes which are specially designed to suit you. We arrange for a consultation either in person or via Skype to determinate how we should create your training programme, thereafter we provide you with a progressive training plan for the duration of your choice. Linda has designed a special three month transformation programme that we recommend clients to try.

 


bootcamp

If you don’t like to train on your own, why not try out our group training sessions with some friends or colleagues. They are fun and energetic and guarantee you results fast! We currently run a Bootcamp class in Holland Park every Saturday at 10am so please contact us for more details and come and join us.

If you are a mum to be or have recently become a mother, we can help you with your pre or post natal training. You choose your venue and a training time at your convenience. We will make sure you feel secure and confident in the hands of our qualified trainers. Our training sessions are bespoke to you and always variable and fun. We have created two special packages for mums to be and super mothers that want to get Fit again.

We offer you fun and effective workouts tailored made to suit you.


YOGA

Our experienced and highly qualified Yoga teacher Luana will take your through a personal or group session at your chosen location. We teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Arial Yoga so the choice is yours. We can also provide venue alternatives for classes so contact us today to find out more.


Massage THERAPY

Relax and unwind with a massage therapy session with our fantastic Therapist. Robyn graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science degree and has qualified with an MSc Sports Therapy degree at London Metropolitan University.

Robyn has gained great experience in both clinical and sporting environments, including at a semi-professional rugby club providing sports therapy both pitch side and at training, and providing sports massage at London Irish RFU. Working on Harley Street with a high class physiotherapist has also provided her with a wide knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries.

Robyn uses a wide range of treatments such as spinal mobilisation, sports/deep tissue massage, manual therapy, electrotherapy and rehabilitation to treat injuries.


Injury and posture rehabilitation

If you suffer from an injury or live with a disability we can help you to improve your mobility, posture and fitness levels, working together with a physiotherapist/ osteopath we give you they support you need to get back to ultimate functional life quality. All our personal trainers you will work alongside are rehabilitation and corrective exercise specialists.

If you are an individual spending most part of your day seated at a desk you would most likely suffer from overly tight muscles and imbalances in the body. Then we can assist you to become more mobile, assist you to have a better posture and to prevent any future injuries. This will also help you to progress with your training, be fitter, more flexible and lose weight.
